Decent, affordable housing and more
AspireWest is the new name for SW Social Housing. We are a community based provider of social housing with 2,715 homes across Somerset. We provide safe, warm and affordable homes of a decent standard for people who are homeless or in housing need.
Working with local partners we lead initiatives on issues such as reducing poverty, increasing affordable access to hi-speed internet, tackling crime and anti-social behaviour and access to assistance with Universal Credit. We also work at national level with the National Housing Federation, lobbying government on social housing matters.
